Our spit roaster was designed & built ourselves, it is designed to rotate the heat and not the meat, slow cooking meats to perfection & allowing us to cook a variety of foods.
We can cater in just about any location as our equipment runs on gas, you name the location & we'll be there to provide a gourmet menu.
